Enroll in the Country’s First-Ever Online Upper Secondary Program

Edufied offers a flexible and affordable way to complete your secondary education. We are among the pioneers in the country to provide online learning options for upper secondary (Grades 10–12) students.

We designed our online high school program to make 21st-century education accessible to all. Our internet-based alternative to traditional schooling gives individuals the opportunity to receive quality education while also improving their digital skills for future career success.

Our program follows the national curriculum set by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). Students can study core subjects while also choosing electives or specialized classes, giving them the chance to focus on areas such as sciences, social sciences, or foreign languages.

The students of our online school can access modules whenever and wherever they want. We make student-teacher consultations and student collaboration convenient using instructional course videos that replicate classroom interactions via a feedback and chat system.

Vietnam’s General Education Program ensures that learners from Grades 1 to 12 acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare them for higher education, employment, or vocational training. The updated curriculum emphasizes both compulsory subjects and elective options to allow students to develop according to their abilities and career goals.

While the national curriculum provides holistic education, not all students are able to attend a conventional school due to geographic, economic, or personal limitations.

The good news is that these students now have the opportunity to finish secondary education through continuing education centers and online programs approved by MOET. These alternatives are ideal for learners who want a more flexible path to completing their studies.

Advantages Of Enrolling In An Online K-12 School

Individuals who choose to complete their secondary education via the online K-12 program can enjoy the following benefits:

Self-Paced Learning

Students who are studying in a conventional school often have to spend on costly books, daily transportation, and other resource materials. Enrolling in an online secondary education program helps reduce these extra expenses, allowing students to focus on the core of learning. Educational resources can be accessed and downloaded directly from the school’s platform. In addition, many of the miscellaneous fees that cover classroom overhead in traditional schools are no longer necessary in an online program.

Individualized

While online secondary students are still required to complete and submit assignments and projects by the deadlines set by their teachers, they are not bound to the rigid schedules of a traditional school. They have the flexibility to attend classes and work on lessons during non-traditional hours.

Open and Encouraging Classroom Environment

Students enrolled in online secondary programs can take part in active discussions with their teachers and fellow learners through virtual discussion boards. This platform allows them to express their ideas openly without the pressure of speaking in front of a physical classroom. Shy students, in particular, can thrive socially in this environment, as they can interact and share their thoughts in a space where they feel more comfortable.

Affordable Tuition and Daily Savings

Studying in an online secondary program is generally more affordable than attending a traditional school. Students and parents can save on daily transportation, meals, and other school-related expenses. Since lessons and resources are accessible online, the overall cost of education is reduced without compromising quality.

  • Birth certificate
  • Certificate of good conduct/behavior from the previous school

Transferees are welcome to enroll in Edufied’s Upper Secondary Program as well! Here are the requirements for your application:

Report card from the most recent grade level
    Birth certificate

    Registration

Student Applicants (SA) interested in applying for the program should register through our online portal and complete the registration form. Edufied uses a single sign-up and log-in system that connects the email address and password registered to both the Student Information System (SIS) and the Learning Management System (LMS).

After registering, student applicants need to log in using their registered email address and password. SA’s must then select the program they wish to enroll in. For an initial evaluation, students should upload a scanned copy (PDF, DOC, JPEG, or PNG format with no greater than 5MB file size) of the required documents.

    Tuition Fee
Students may inquire directly with their assigned Edufied admission buddy for tuition assessment based on the submitted documents.

    Payment

After the evaluation, and once the student agrees with the credited subjects reflected in their portal, they may proceed with the payment. This is the final step in the admission process.

Students may pay using different payment gateways inside the Edufied portal. For over-the-counter transactions through banks or other partners, students must first generate a transaction ID via DragonPay to present to accredited payment partners.

If a student prefers to pay outside the portal, an account number may be requested from their assigned admission adviser.

Once the payment is confirmed, students can click on “My LMS” in their portal to start accessing their subjects. Subjects are activated within 24 to 48 school hours (Monday to Friday).

    – General Admission and Enrollment: customer@edufied.com
    – Enrolled Students / Student Relations: student.support@edufied.com

Once the payment is confirmed, students can click “My LMS” on their portal dashboard to start accessing their activated subjects. These will be available within 24 to 48 school hours (Monday to Friday).
    What is online school like?

You’ll receive the same lessons taught in traditional classrooms, but without the need to attend a physical campus. Everything — from class videos and assignments to quizzes — is done through our Learning Management System (LMS), an online portal where you can access modules and complete activities. With the LMS, you can study anytime, anywhere. You’re free to attend classes during non-traditional hours and progress at your own pace, giving you the flexibility to balance school with your personal schedule.

Yes, it does! Edufied Online School is part of an accredited institution, which means your education is fully recognized. Once you’ve completed all the requirements for our senior high school program, you’ll be awarded a valid diploma. In fact, you’ll have the opportunity to graduate together with other students from our partner institution, and we’ll provide you with all the details once you qualify for graduation.

Yes, you may. Our online Senior High School (SHS) program does not strictly follow a traditional academic calendar. The school year is divided into two terms, each lasting 20 weeks (140 days). You can begin your online classes at any time within this period. If you finish all requirements before the 140 days are over — and at least 70 days have passed since your subjects were activated — you may already enroll for the next term. However, please note that your report card will only be released after the full 140-day residency.

Since all schoolwork is accomplished and submitted online, it’s unlikely that you’ll meet your classmates in person. However, you can still easily exchange ideas with fellow learners through the discussion boards. With approval from an Edufied Coordinator, you may also share learning tools such as posters, survey sheets, or announcements on the board. This way, the Learning Management System (LMS) creates a space for active and meaningful interaction among students.

How do students turn in their work?

All assignments are submitted on the LMS portal. Each student has an account and dashboard, where they can access class modules, video lessons, and homework.

At the bottom of the lessons or chapter quizzes, there are links that lead you to submission portals.

Meanwhile, quizzes and exams are time-bound. The duration for quizzes depends on the lesson, while final exams run for a maximum of two hours.

Adding a subject is not applicable for Senior High School (SHS). Students must carry a full load each term, based on the subjects required in the curriculum.

Similarly, dropping a subject is not allowed. In line with Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) guidelines, academic institutions should not drop or fail a student outright. Instead, teachers will provide remedial lessons to help students succeed.

A “drop” mark will only appear on a student’s report card if they officially request a transfer to another school.

All incoming Grade 11 students are considered new applicants, not transferees. Applicants must submit the following requirements:

    • Birth certificate
    • Grade 10 report card (Form 138 / School Card)
    • Form 137 (Transcript of Records)
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Proof of successful online registration

Edufied also accepts Grade 12 transferees. Transferees must submit:

    • Birth certificate
    • Grade 11 report card (Form 138 / School Card)
    • Form 137 (Transcript of Records)
    • Proof of successful online registration

Note: All submitted credentials will be evaluated by the school and are subject to approval before enrollment is finalized.

Unlike classroom-based education, our online school allows you to learn at your own pace. You can breeze through a topic you easily understand or allot more time for a challenging lesson. You also have the option to access lessons outside traditional school hours. Moreover, you can join active discussions with fellow learners on the discussion boards — without the stage fright that comes with speaking in front of a class.

At Edufied, you don’t have to pay for books, uniforms, or transportation. We take pride in offering affordable tuition while maintaining high standards in education.
